• Member Name is 'Last Name' plus 'First initial of First Name' - e.g. 'brownp' for "Paula Brown".
• If you have a hyphenated last name, please use the  first portion only. For example, "Amy Jones-Smith" would be  'jonesa' .
• Member Number is your 3-digit FCF ID.
